This policy explains what we collect when you use the OwnRfid website and app, and how we use it. We keep it short and specific.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email, phone number, company and country, so we can licence the app and contact you about your account.
• Device details — the device's Installation ID and hardware identifiers the app sends when it registers, so a licence can be bound to that device.
• Asset data — the records you choose to sync, so they can be restored to your device. Your data stays on your device first; only what you sync reaches the server.
• Payment references — the order and transaction identifiers a payment provider returns. We do not store card numbers.

How we use it

To provide and license the app, to send you service messages (by email, SMS and WhatsApp) about your account and licence, and to support you when you ask for help.

Sharing

We share the minimum necessary with the payment and messaging providers that process a transaction or deliver a message. We do not sell your data.

Security

Licences are signed, data is encrypted, and backups are encrypted with a key that only your own app can open.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your account data, and you can withdraw SMS/WhatsApp consent at any time.
